| 2 | Speak to Aaron, and thou shalt say to him: When thou shalt place the seven lamps, let the candlestick be set up on the south side. Give orders therefore that the lamps look over against the north, towards the table of the leaves of proposition, over against that part shall they give light, towards which the candlestick looketh. | “Hãy nói với A-ha-ron và bảo nó: khi thắp đèn lên thì bảy ngọn đèn phải toả sáng về phía trước trụ đèn.” | Λάλησον τῷ Ἀαρὼν καὶ ἐρεῖς πρὸς αὐτόν Ὅταν ἐπιτιθῇς τοὺς λύχνους, ἐκ μέρους κατὰ πρόσωπον τῆς λυχνίας φωτιοῦσιν οἱ ἑπτὰ λύχνοι. | דַּבֵּר֙ אֶֽל אַהֲרֹ֔ן וְאָמַרְתָּ֖ אֵלָ֑יו בְּהַעֲלֹֽתְךָ֙ אֶת הַנֵּרֹ֔ת אֶל מוּל֙ פְּנֵ֣י הַמְּנוֹרָ֔ה יָאִ֖ירוּ שִׁבְעַ֥ת הַנֵּרֽוֹת | Loquere Aaron, et dices ad eum: Cum posueris septem lucernas, candelabrum in australi parte erigatur. Hoc igitur præcipe ut lucernæ contra boream e regione respiciant ad mensam panum propositionis, contra eam partem, quam candelabrum respicit, lucere debebunt. | “Speak to Aaron, and tell him, ‘When you light the lamps, the seven lamps shall give light in front of the lamp stand.’” |

He lit its lamps to light the area in front of the lamp stand, as the LORD commanded Moses. |
| 4 | Now this was the work of the candlestick, it was of beaten gold, both the shaft in the middle, and all that came out of both sides of the branches: according to the pattern which the Lord had shewn to Moses, so he made the candlestick. | Trụ đèn được làm như sau: làm bằng vàng gò, từ thân trụ cho tới các nhánh đều được gò. Ông Mô-sê đã làm trụ đèn theo mẫu ĐỨC CHÚA đã cho ông thấy. | καὶ αὕτη ἡ κατασκευὴ τῆς λυχνίας· στερεὰ χρυσῆ, ὁ καυλὸς αὐτῆς καὶ τὰ κρίνα αὐτῆς, στερεὰ ὅλη· κατὰ τὸ εἶδος ὃ ἔδειξεν Κύριος τῷ Μωυσῇ, οὕτως ἐποίησεν τὴν λυχνίαν. | וְזֶ֨ה מַעֲשֵׂ֤ה הַמְּנֹרָה֙ מִקְשָׁ֣ה זָהָ֔ב עַד יְרֵכָ֥הּ עַד פִּרְחָ֖הּ מִקְשָׁ֣ה הִ֑וא כַּמַּרְאֶ֗ה אֲשֶׁ֨ר הֶרְאָ֤ה יְהוָה֙ אֶת מֹשֶׁ֔ה כֵּ֥ן עָשָׂ֖ה אֶת הַמְּנֹרָֽה | Hæc autem erat factura candelabri, ex auro ductili, tam medius stipes, quam cuncta quæ ex utroque calamorum latere nascebantur: juxta exemplum quod ostendit Dominus Moysi, ita operatus est candelabrum. | This was the workmanship of the lamp stand, beaten work of gold. From its base to its flowers, it was beaten work. He made the lamp stand according to the pattern which the LORD had shown Moses. |

| 6 | Take the Levites out of the midst of the children of Israel, and thou shalt purify them, | “Hãy đưa các thầy Lê-vi ra khỏi đám con cái Ít-ra-en mà thanh tẩy chúng. | Λάβε τοὺς Λευείτας ἐκ μέσου υἱῶν Ἰσραὴλ καὶ ἀφαγνιεῖς αὐτούς. | קַ֚ח אֶת הַלְוִיִּ֔ם מִתּ֖וֹךְ בְּנֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל וְטִהַרְתָּ֖ אֹתָֽם | Tolle Levitas de medio filiorum Israël, et purificabis eos | “Take the Levites from among the children of Israel, and cleanse them. |
| 7 | According to this rite: Let them be sprinkled with the water of purification, and let them shave all the hairs of their flesh. And when they shall have washed their garments, and are cleansed, | Ngươi sẽ làm thế này để thanh tẩy chúng: Hãy rảy nước xá tội trên chúng; chúng sẽ cạo toàn thân, giặt sạch áo mà thanh tẩy mình. | καὶ οὕτως ποιήσεις αὐτοῖς τὸν ἁγνισμὸν αὐτῶν· περιρανεῖς αὐτοὺς ὕδωρ ἁγνισμοῦ, καὶ ἐπελεύσεται ξυρὸν ἐπὶ πᾶν τὸ σῶμα αὐτῶν, καὶ πλυνοῦσιν τὰ ἱμάτια αὐτῶν, καὶ καθαροὶ ἔσονται. | וְכֹֽה תַעֲשֶׂ֤ה לָהֶם֙ לְטַֽהֲרָ֔ם הַזֵּ֥ה עֲלֵיהֶ֖ם מֵ֣י חַטָּ֑את וְהֶעֱבִ֤ירוּ תַ֨עַר֙ עַל כָּל בְּשָׂרָ֔ם וְכִבְּס֥וּ בִגְדֵיהֶ֖ם וְהִטֶּהָֽרוּ | juxta hunc ritum: aspergantur aqua lustrationis, et radant omnes pilos carnis suæ. Cumque laverint vestimenta sua, et mundati fuerint, | You shall do this to them to cleanse them: sprinkle the water of cleansing on them, let them shave their whole bodies with a razor, let them wash their clothes, and cleanse themselves. |
| 8 | They shall take an ox of the herd, and for the offering thereof fine flour tempered with oil: and thou shalt take another ox of the herd for a sin offering: | Chúng sẽ lấy một con bò mộng và tinh bột nhào dầu làm lễ phẩm, còn ngươi thì sẽ lấy một con bò mộng nữa làm của lễ tạ tội. | καὶ λήμψονται μόσχον ἕνα ἐκ βοῶν καὶ τούτου θυσίαν σεμιδάλεως ἀναπεποιημένην ἐν ἐλαίῳ, καὶ μόσχον ἐνιαύσιον ἐκ βοῶν λήμψῃ περὶ ἁμαρτίας. | וְלָֽקְחוּ֙ פַּ֣ר בֶּן בָּקָ֔ר וּמִנְחָת֔וֹ סֹ֖לֶת בְּלוּלָ֣ה בַשָּׁ֑מֶן וּפַר שֵׁנִ֥י בֶן בָּקָ֖ר תִּקַּ֥ח לְחַטָּֽאת | tollent bovem de armentis, et libamentum ejus similam oleo conspersam: bovem autem alterum de armento tu accipies pro peccato: | Then let them take a young bull and its meal offering, fine flour mixed with oil; and another young bull you shall take for a sin offering. |
| 9 | And thou shalt bring the Levites before the tabernacle of the covenant, calling together all the multitude of the children of Israel: | Rồi ngươi sẽ đưa các thầy Lê-vi tới trước Lều Hội Ngộ và tập họp toàn thể cộng đồng con cái Ít-ra-en lại. | καὶ προσάξεις τοὺς Λευείτας ἔναντι τῆς σκηνῆς τοῦ μαρτυρίου, καὶ συνάξεις πᾶσαν συναγωγὴν υἱῶν Ἰσραήλ· | וְהִקְרַבְתָּ֙ אֶת הַלְוִיִּ֔ם לִפְנֵ֖י אֹ֣הֶל מוֹעֵ֑ד וְהִ֨קְהַלְתָּ֔ אֶֽת כָּל עֲדַ֖ת בְּנֵ֥י יִשְׂרָאֵֽל | et applicabis Levitas coram tabernaculo fœderis, convocata omni multitudine filiorum Israël. | You shall present the Levites before the Tent of Meeting. You shall assemble the whole congregation of the children of Israel. |
| 10 | And when the Levites are before the Lord, the children of Israel shall put their hands upon them: | Ngươi sẽ dẫn các thầy Lê-vi tới trước nhan ĐỨC CHÚA, và con cái Ít-ra-en sẽ đặt tay trên chúng. | καὶ προσάξεις τοὺς Λευείτας ἔναντι Κυρίου, καὶ ἐπιθήσουσιν οἱ υἱοὶ Ἰσραὴλ τὰς χεῖρας αὐτῶν ἐπὶ τοὺς Λευείτας· | וְהִקְרַבְתָּ֥ אֶת הַלְוִיִּ֖ם לִפְנֵ֣י יְהוָ֑ה וְסָמְכ֧וּ בְנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵ֛ל אֶת יְדֵיהֶ֖ם עַל הַלְוִיִּֽם | Cumque Levitæ fuerint coram Domino, ponent filii Israël manus suas super eos. | You shall present the Levites before the LORD. The children of Israel shall lay their hands on the Levites, |
| 11 | And Aaron shall offer the Levites, as a gift in the sight of the Lord from the children of Israel, that they may serve in his ministry. | A-ha-ron sẽ thay mặt con cái Ít-ra-en làm nghi thức tiến dâng các thầy Lê-vi lên trước nhan ĐỨC CHÚA, và chúng sẽ sung vào việc phục vụ ĐỨC CHÚA. | καὶ ἀφοριεῖ Ἀαρὼν τοὺς Λευείτας ἀπόδομα ἔναντι Κυρίου παρὰ τῶν υἱῶν Ἰσραήλ, καὶ ἔσονται ὣστε ἐργάζεσθαι τὰ ἔργα Κυρίου. | וְהֵנִיף֩ אַהֲרֹ֨ן אֶת הַלְוִיִּ֤ם תְּנוּפָה֙ לִפְנֵ֣י יְהוָ֔ה מֵאֵ֖ת בְּנֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל וְהָי֕וּ לַעֲבֹ֖ד אֶת עֲבֹדַ֥ת יְהוָֽה | Et offeret Aaron Levitas, munus in conspectu Domini a filiis Israël, ut serviant in ministerio ejus. | and Aaron shall offer the Levites before the LORD for a wave offering on the behalf of the children of Israel, that it may be theirs to do the service of the LORD. |
| 12 | The Levites also shall put their hands upon the heads of the oxen, of which thou shalt sacrifice one for sin, and the other for a holocaust to the Lord, to pray for them. | Sau đó các thầy Lê-vi sẽ đặt tay lên đầu các con bò mộng. Ngươi sẽ dâng một con làm của lễ tạ tội, và một con làm của lễ toàn thiêu dâng ĐỨC CHÚA để xin ơn xá tội cho các thầy Lê-vi. | οἱ δὲ Λευεῖται ἐπιθήσουσιν τὰς χεῖρας ἐπὶ τὰς κεφαλὰς τῶν μόσχων, καὶ ποιήσει τὸν ἕνα περὶ ἁμαρτίας καὶ τὸν ἕνα εἰς ὁλοκαύτωμα Κυρίῳ, ἐξιλάσασθαι περὶ αὐτῶν. | וְהַלְוִיִּם֙ יִסְמְכ֣וּ אֶת יְדֵיהֶ֔ם עַ֖ל רֹ֣אשׁ הַפָּרִ֑ים וַ֠עֲשֵׂה אֶת הָאֶחָ֨ד חַטָּ֜את וְאֶת הָאֶחָ֤ד עֹלָה֙ לַֽיהוָ֔ה לְכַפֵּ֖ר עַל הַלְוִיִּֽם | Levitæ quoque ponent manus suas super capita boum, e quibus unum facies pro peccato, et alterum in holocaustum Domini, ut depreceris pro eis. | “The Levites shall lay their hands on the heads of the bulls, and you shall offer the one for a sin offering and the other for a burnt offering to the LORD, to make atonement for the Levites. |
| 13 | And thou shalt set the Levites in the sight of Aaron and of his sons, and shalt consecrate them being offered to the Lord, | Ngươi sẽ đặt các thầy Lê-vi đứng trước mặt A-ha-ron và các con ông, rồi tiến dâng chúng cho ĐỨC CHÚA, theo nghi thức. | καὶ στήσεις τοὺς Λευείτας ἔναντι Κυρίου, ἔναντι Ἀαρὼν καὶ ἔναντι τῶν υἱῶν αὐτοῦ, καὶ ἀποδώσεις αὐτοὺς ἀπόδομα ἔναντι Κυρίου· | וְהַֽעֲמַדְתָּ֙ אֶת הַלְוִיִּ֔ם לִפְנֵ֥י אַהֲרֹ֖ן וְלִפְנֵ֣י בָנָ֑יו וְהֵנַפְתָּ֥ אֹתָ֛ם תְּנוּפָ֖ה לַֽיהוָֽה | Statuesque Levitas in conspectu Aaron et filiorum ejus, et consecrabis oblatos Domino, | You shall set the Levites before Aaron and before his sons, and offer them as a wave offering to the LORD. |
| 14 | And shalt separate them from the midst of the children of Israel, to be mine. | Như thế, ngươi sẽ tách rời các thầy Lê-vi ra khỏi con cái Ít-ra-en: chúng sẽ thuộc về Ta. | καὶ διαστελεῖς τοὺς Λευείτας ἐκ μέσου υἱῶν Ἰσραήλ, καὶ ἔσονται ἐμοί. | וְהִבְדַּלְתָּ֙ אֶת הַלְוִיִּ֔ם מִתּ֖וֹךְ בְּנֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל וְהָ֥יוּ לִ֖י הַלְוִיִּֽם | ac separabis de medio filiorum Israël, ut sint mei. | Thus you shall separate the Levites from among the children of Israel, and the Levites shall be mine. |
| 15 | And afterwards they shall enter into the tabernacle of the covenant, to serve me. And thus shalt thou purify and consecrate them for an oblation of the Lord: for as a gift they were given me by the children of Israel. | Sau đó các thầy Lê-vi sẽ vào phục vụ Lều Hội Ngộ. Vậy ngươi sẽ thanh tẩy chúng và sẽ làm nghi thức tiến dâng chúng. | καὶ μετὰ ταῦτα εἰσελεύσονται οἱ Λευεῖται ἐργάζεσθαι τὰ ἔργα τῆς σκηνῆς τοῦ μαρτυρίου, καὶ καθαριεῖς αὐτούς, καὶ ἀποδώσεις αὐτοὺς ἔναντι Κυρίου. | וְאַֽחֲרֵי כֵן֙ יָבֹ֣אוּ הַלְוִיִּ֔ם לַעֲבֹ֖ד אֶת אֹ֣הֶל מוֹעֵ֑ד וְטִֽהַרְתָּ֣ אֹתָ֔ם וְהֵנַפְתָּ֥ אֹתָ֖ם תְּנוּפָֽה | Et postea ingredientur tabernaculum fœderis, ut serviant mihi. Sicque purificabis et consecrabis eos in oblationem Domini: quoniam dono donati sunt mihi a filiis Israël. | “After that, the Levites shall go in to do the service of the Tent of Meeting. You shall cleanse them, and offer them as a wave offering. |
| 16 | I have taken them instead of the firstborn that open every womb in Israel, | Thật vậy, chúng được dâng hiến, được dâng hiến cho Ta, từ giữa con cái Ít-ra-en. | 17 | For all the firstborn of the children of Israel, both of men and of beasts, are mine. From the day that I slew every firstborn in the land of Egypt, have I sanctified them to myself: | Thật vậy, tất cả các con đầu lòng trong số con cái Ít-ra-en, của loài người cũng như của súc vật đều thuộc về Ta. Ngày Ta đánh phạt tất cả các con đầu lòng trong đất Ai-cập, Ta đã thánh hiến chúng cho Ta, | ὅτι ἐμοὶ πᾶν πρωτότοκον ἐν υἱοῖς Ἰσραήλ ἀπὸ ἀνθρώπων ἕως κτήνους· ᾗ ἡμέρᾳ ἐπάταξα πᾶν πρωτότοκον ἐν γῇ Αἰγύπτῳ ἡγίασα αὐτοὺς ἐμοί. | כִּ֣י לִ֤י כָל בְּכוֹר֙ בִּבְנֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל בָּאָדָ֖ם וּבַבְּהֵמָ֑ה בְּי֗וֹם הַכֹּתִ֤י כָל בְּכוֹר֙ בְּאֶ֣רֶץ מִצְרַ֔יִם הִקְדַּ֥שְׁתִּי אֹתָ֖ם לִֽי | Mea sunt enim omnia primogenita filiorum Israël, tam ex hominibus quam ex jumentis. Ex die quo percussi omne primogenitum in terra Ægypti, sanctificavi eos mihi: | For all the firstborn among the children of Israel are mine, both man and animal. On the day that I struck all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, I sanctified them for myself. |
| 18 | And I have taken the Levites for all the firstborn of the children of Israel: | và Ta đã nhận các thầy Lê-vi thay thế tất cả các con đầu lòng trong con cái Ít-ra-en. | καὶ ἔλαβον τοὺς Λευείτας ἀντὶ παντὸς πρωτοτόκου ἐν υἱοῖς Ἰσραήλ. | וָאֶקַּח֙ אֶת הַלְוִיִּ֔ם תַּ֥חַת כָּל בְּכ֖וֹר בִּבְנֵ֥י יִשְׂרָאֵֽל | et tuli Levitas pro cunctis primogenitis filiorum Israël, | I have taken the Levites instead of all the firstborn among the children of Israel. |
| 19 | And have delivered them for a gift to Aaron and his sons out of the midst of the people, to serve me for Israel in the tabernacle of the covenant, and to pray for them, lest there should be a plague among the people, if they should presume to approach unto my sanctuary. | Trong số con cái Ít-ra-en, Ta đã trao các thầy Lê-vi cho A-ha-ron và cho con cái nó, như những người được dâng hiến để sung vào việc phục dịch của con cái Ít-ra-en trong Lều Hội Ngộ, và để cử hành lễ xá tội cho con cái Ít-ra-en; như thế trong con cái Ít-ra-en sẽ không xảy ra tai hoạ phạt kẻ tới gần nơi thánh.” | καὶ ἀπέδωκα τοὺς Λευείτας ἀπόδομα δεδομένους Ἀαρὼν καὶ τοῖς υἱοῖς αὐτοῦ ἐκ μέσου υἱῶν Ἰσραήλ, ἐργάζεσθαι τὰ ἔργα τῶν υἱῶν Ἰσραὴλ ἐν τῇ σκηνῇ τοῦ μαρτυρίου καὶ ἐξιλάσκεσθαι περὶ τῶν υἱῶν Ἰσραήλ· καὶ οὐκ ἔσται τοῖς υἱοῖς Ἰσραὴλ προσεγγίζων πρὸς τὰ ἅγια. | וָאֶתְּנָ֨ה אֶת הַלְוִיִּ֜ם נְתֻנִ֣ים לְאַהֲרֹ֣ן וּלְבָנָ֗יו מִתּוֹךְ֮ בְּנֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵל֒ לַעֲבֹ֞ד אֶת עֲבֹדַ֤ת בְּנֵֽי יִשְׂרָאֵל֙ בְּאֹ֣הֶל מוֹעֵ֔ד וּלְכַפֵּ֖ר עַל בְּנֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל וְלֹ֨א יִהְיֶ֜ה בִּבְנֵ֤י יִשְׂרָאֵל֙ נֶ֔גֶף בְּגֶ֥שֶׁת בְּנֵֽי יִשְׂרָאֵ֖ל אֶל הַקֹּֽדֶשׁ | tradidique eos dono Aaron et filiis ejus de medio populi, ut serviant mihi pro Israël in tabernaculo fœderis, et orent pro eis ne sit in populo plaga, si ausi fuerint accedere ad sanctuarium. | I have given the Levites as a gift to Aaron and to his sons from among the children of Israel, to do the service of the children of Israel in the Tent of Meeting, and to make atonement for the children of Israel, so that there will be no plague among the children of Israel when the children of Israel come near to the sanctuary.” |

According to all that the LORD commanded Moses concerning the Levites, so the children of Israel did to them. |
| 21 | And they were purified, and washed their garments. Elevavitque eos Aaron in conspectu Domini, et oravit pro eis, | The Levites purified themselves from sin, and they washed their clothes; and Aaron offered them for a wave offering before the LORD and Aaron made atonement for them to cleanse them. |
| 22 | That being purified they might go into the tabernacle of the covenant to do their services before Aaron and his sons. As the Lord had commanded Moses touching the Levites, so was it done. | Sau đó các thầy Lê-vi đã vào làm việc phục dịch trong Lều Hội Ngộ, trước mặt ông A-ha-ron và các con. ĐỨC CHÚA đã truyền cho ông Mô-sê thế nào về các thầy Lê-vi, thì người ta đã thi hành như thế đối với họ. | καὶ μετὰ ταῦτα εἰσῆλθον οἱ Λευεῖται λειτουργεῖν τὴν λειτουργίαν αὐτῶν ἐν τῇ σκηνῇ τοῦ μαρτυρίου ἔναντι Ἀαρὼν καὶ ἔναντι τῶν υἱῶν αὐτοῦ· καθὼς συνέταξεν Κύριος τῷ Μωυσῇ περὶ τῶν Λευειτῶν, οὕτως ἐποίησαν αὐτοῖς. | וְאַחֲרֵי כֵ֞ן בָּ֣אוּ הַלְוִיִּ֗ם לַעֲבֹ֤ד אֶת עֲבֹֽדָתָם֙ בְּאֹ֣הֶל מוֹעֵ֔ד לִפְנֵ֥י אַהֲרֹ֖ן וְלִפְנֵ֣י בָנָ֑יו כַּאֲשֶׁר֩ צִוָּ֨ה יְהוָ֤ה אֶת מֹשֶׁה֙ עַל הַלְוִיִּ֔ם כֵּ֖ן עָשׂ֥וּ לָהֶֽם | ut purificati ingrederentur ad officia sua in tabernaculum fœderis coram Aaron et filiis ejus. Sicut præceperat Dominus Moysi de Levitis, ita factum est. | After that, the Levites went in to do their service in the Tent of Meeting before Aaron and before his sons: as the LORD had commanded Moses concerning the Levites, so they did to them. |

| 24 | This is the law of the Levites: From twenty-five years old and upwards, they shall go in to minister in the tabernacle of the covenant. | “Đây là những điều liên quan tới các thầy Lê-vi. Từ hai mươi lăm tuổi trở lên, mỗi người phải vào thi hành nghĩa vụ phục dịch Lều Hội Ngộ, | Τοῦτό ἐστιν τὸ περὶ τῶν Λευειτῶν· ἀπὸ πέντε καὶ εἰκοσαετοῦς καὶ ἐπάνω εἰσελεύσονται ἐνεργεῖν ἐν τῇ σκηνῇ τοῦ μαρτυρίου· | זֹ֖את אֲשֶׁ֣ר לַלְוִיִּ֑ם מִבֶּן֩ חָמֵ֨שׁ וְעֶשְׂרִ֤ים שָׁנָה֙ וָמַ֔עְלָה יָבוֹא֙ לִצְבֹ֣א צָבָ֔א בַּעֲבֹדַ֖ת אֹ֥הֶל מוֹעֵֽד | Hæc est lex Levitarum: a viginti quinque annis et supra, ingredientur ut ministrent in tabernaculo fœderis. | “This is what is assigned to the Levites: from twenty-five years old and upward they shall go in to wait on the service in the work of the Tent of Meeting; |
| 25 | And when they shall have accomplished the fiftieth year of their age, they shall cease to serve: | và từ năm mươi tuổi thì được về hưu, không phải phục dịch nữa. | καὶ ἀπὸ πεντηκονταετοῦς ἀποστήσεται τῆς λειτουργίας καὶ οὐκ ἐργάζεται ἔτι, | וּמִבֶּן֙ חֲמִשִּׁ֣ים שָׁנָ֔ה יָשׁ֖וּב מִצְּבָ֣א הָעֲבֹדָ֑ה וְלֹ֥א יַעֲבֹ֖ד עֽוֹד | Cumque quinquagesimum annum ætatis impleverint, servire cessabunt, | and from the age of fifty years they shall retire from doing the work, and shall serve no more, |
| 26 | And they shall be the ministers of their brethren in the tabernacle of the covenant, to keep the things that are committed to their care, but not to do the works. Thus shalt thou order the Levites touching their charge. | Người ấy sẽ giúp anh em chu toàn nhiệm vụ trong Lều Hội Ngộ, còn nhiệm vụ của mình thì không phải thi hành nữa. Ngươi sẽ bố trí công việc cho các thầy Lê-vi như thế.” | καὶ λειτουργήσει ὁ ἀδελφὸς αὐτοῦ ἐν τῇ σκηνῇ τοῦ μαρτυρίου φυλάσσειν φυλακάς, ἔργα δὲ οὐκ ἐργάζεται. οὕτως ποιήσεις τοῖς Λευείταις ἐν ταῖς φυλακαῖς αὐτῶν. | וְשֵׁרֵ֨ת אֶת אֶחָ֜יו בְּאֹ֤הֶל מוֹעֵד֙ לִשְׁמֹ֣ר מִשְׁמֶ֔רֶת וַעֲבֹדָ֖ה לֹ֣א יַעֲבֹ֑ד כָּ֛כָה תַּעֲשֶׂ֥ה לַלְוִיִּ֖ם בְּמִשְׁמְרֹתָֽם | eruntque ministri fratrum suorum in tabernaculo fœderis, ut custodiant quæ sibi fuerunt commendata: opera autem ipsa non faciant. Sic dispones Levitis in custodiis suis. | but shall assist their brothers in the Tent of Meeting, to perform the duty, and shall perform no service. This is how you shall have the Levites do their duties.” |
