Dormierunt somnum suum, et nihil invenerunt omnes viri divitiarum in manibus suis. | For neither from the east, nor from the west, nor yet from the south, comes exaltation. |

He pours it out. Indeed the wicked of the earth drink and drink it to its very dregs. |
| 9 | Thou hast caused judgment to be heard from heaven: the earth trembled and was still, | Vì này tay CHÚA cầm chén rượu,chén rượu đầy mùi vị đắng cay,rót cho bọn gian ác trên đời,tất cả đều phải uống, uống không chừa cặn. | ἐκ τοῦ οὐρανοῦ ἠκόντισας κρίσιν, γῆ ἐφοβήθη καὶ ἡσύχασεν, | כִּ֤י כ֪וֹס בְּֽיַד יְהוָ֡ה וְיַ֤יִן חָמַ֨ר מָ֥לֵא מֶסֶךְ֮ וַיַּגֵּ֪ר מִ֫זֶּ֥ה אַךְ שְׁ֭מָרֶיהָ יִמְצ֣וּ יִשְׁתּ֑וּ כֹּ֝֗ל רִשְׁעֵי אָֽרֶץ | De cælo auditum fecisti judicium: terra tremuit et quievit | But I will declare this forever: I will sing praises to the God of Jacob. |
