| 1 | And Moses told the children of Israel all that the Lord had commanded him: | Ông Mô-sê đã nói với con cái Ít-ra-en như ĐỨC CHÚA đã truyền cho ông. | Καὶ ἐλάλησεν Μωυσῆς τοῖς υἱοῖς Ἰσραὴλ κατὰ πάντα ὅσα ἐνετείλατο Κύριος τῷ Μωυσῇ. | וַיֹּ֥אמֶר מֹשֶׁ֖ה אֶל בְּנֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל כְּכֹ֛ל אֲשֶׁר צִוָּ֥ה יְהוָ֖ה אֶת מֹשֶֽׁה | Narravitque Moyses filiis Israël omnia quæ ei Dominus imperarat. | Moses spoke to the heads of the tribes of the children of Israel, saying, “This is the thing which the LORD has commanded. |

He shall do according to all that proceeds out of his mouth. |
| 3 | If any man make a vow to the Lord, or bind himself by an oath: he shall not make his word void but shall fulfill all that he promised. | Khi người đàn ông nào khấn hứa với ĐỨC CHÚA hay thề hứa tự buộc mình làm điều gì, thì người ấy sẽ không được lỗi lời mình: người ấy phải thực hiện những gì miệng đã nói ra. | ἄνθρωπος ἄνθρωπος ὃς ἂν εὔξηται εὐχὴν Κυρίῳ ἢ ὀμόσῃ ὅρκον ὁρισμῷ ἢ ὁρίσηται περὶ τῆς ψυχῆς αὐτοῦ, οὐ βεβηλώσει τὸ ῥῆμα αὐτοῦ· πάντα ὅσα ἐὰν ἐξέλθῃ ἐκ τοῦ στόματος αὐτοῦ ποιήσει. | אִישׁ֩ כִּֽי יִדֹּ֨ר נֶ֜דֶר לַֽיהוָ֗ה אֽוֹ הִשָּׁ֤בַע שְׁבֻעָה֙ לֶאְסֹ֤ר אִסָּר֙ עַל נַפְשׁ֔וֹ לֹ֥א יַחֵ֖ל דְּבָר֑וֹ כְּכָל הַיֹּצֵ֥א מִפִּ֖יו יַעֲשֶֽׂה | Si quis virorum votum Domino voverit, aut se constrinxerit juramento: non faciet irritum verbum suum, sed omne quod promisit, implebit. | “Also, when a woman vows a vow to the LORD and binds herself by a pledge, being in her father’s house, in her youth, |
| 4 | If a woman vow any thing, and bind herself by an oath, being in her father’s house, and but yet a girl in age: if her father knew the vow that she hath promised, and the oath wherewith she hath bound her soul, and held his peace, she shall be bound by the vow: | Khi một phụ nữ khấn hứa với ĐỨC CHÚA và tự buộc mình làm điều gì, lúc thiếu thời còn ở nhà cha, | ἐὰν δὲ γυνὴ εὔξηται εὐχὴν Κυρίῳ ἢ ὁρίσηται ὁρισμὸν ἐν τῷ οἴκῳ τοῦ πατρὸς αὐτῆς ἐν τῇ νεότητι αὐτῆς, | וְאִשָּׁ֕ה כִּֽי תִדֹּ֥ר נֶ֖דֶר לַיהוָ֑ה וְאָסְרָ֥ה אִסָּ֛ר בְּבֵ֥ית אָבִ֖יהָ בִּנְעֻרֶֽיהָ | Mulier si quippiam voverit, et se constrinxerit juramento, quæ est in domo patris sui, et in ætate adhuc puellari: si cognoverit pater votum quod pollicita est, et juramentum quo obligavit animam suam, et tacuerit, voti rea erit: | and her father hears her vow and her pledge with which she has bound her soul, and her father says nothing to her, then all her vows shall stand, and every pledge with which she has bound her soul shall stand. |
| 5 | Whatsoever she promised and swore, she shall fulfill in deed. | và nếu cha người ấy nghe nói về lời khấn hứa và điều người ấy tự buộc mình làm, mà ông vẫn im lặng, thì mọi lời khấn hứa của người ấy có hiệu lực, và mọi điều người ấy tự buộc mình làm cũng đều có hiệu lực. | καὶ ἀκούσῃ ὁ πατὴρ αὐτῆς τὰς εὐχὰς αὐτῆς καὶ τοὺς ὁρισμοὺς αὐτῆς οὓς ὡρίσατο κατὰ τῆς ψυχῆς αὐτῆς, καὶ παρασιωπήσῃ αὐτῆς ὁ πατήρ· καὶ στήσονται πᾶσαι αἱ εὐχαὶ αὐτῆς, καὶ πάντες οἱ ὁρισμοὶ οὓς ὡρίσατο κατὰ τῆς ψυχῆς αὐτῆς μενοῦσιν αὐτῇ. | וְשָׁמַ֨ע אָבִ֜יהָ אֶת נִדְרָ֗הּ וֶֽאֱסָרָהּ֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר אָֽסְרָ֣ה עַל נַפְשָׁ֔הּ וְהֶחֱרִ֥ישׁ לָ֖הּ אָבִ֑יהָ וְקָ֨מוּ֙ כָּל נְדָרֶ֔יהָ וְכָל אִסָּ֛ר אֲשֶׁר אָסְרָ֥ה עַל נַפְשָׁ֖הּ יָקֽוּם | quidquid pollicita est, et juravit, opere complebit. | But if her father forbids her in the day that he hears, none of her vows or of her pledges with which she has bound her soul, shall stand. The LORD will forgive her, because her father has forbidden her. |
| 6 | But if her father, immediately as soon as he heard it, gainsaid it, both her vows and her oaths shall be void, neither shall she be bound to what she promised, because her father hath gainsaid it. | Nhưng nếu cha người ấy phản đối ngay trong ngày ông nghe biết được, thì mọi lời khấn hứa và mọi điều người ấy tự buộc mình làm, không có hiệu lực. ĐỨC CHÚA sẽ dung thứ cho người ấy, vì cha người ấy đã phản đối. | ἐὰν δὲ ἀνανεύων ἀνανεύσῃ ὁ πατὴρ αὐτῆς ᾗ ἂν ἡμέρᾳ ἀκούσῃ πάσας τὰς εὐχὰς αὐτῆς καὶ τοὺς ὁρισμοὺς οὓς ὡρίσατο κατὰ τῆς ψυχῆς αὐτῆς, οὐ στήσονται· καὶ Κύριος καθαριεῖ αὐτήν, ὅτι ἀνένευσεν ὁ πατὴρ αὐτῆς. | וְאִם הֵנִ֨יא אָבִ֣יהָ אֹתָהּ֮ בְּי֣וֹם שָׁמְעוֹ֒ כָּל נְדָרֶ֗יהָ וֶֽאֱסָרֶ֛יהָ אֲשֶׁר אָסְרָ֥ה עַל נַפְשָׁ֖הּ לֹ֣א יָק֑וּם וַֽיהוָה֙ יִֽסְלַח לָ֔הּ כִּי הֵנִ֥יא אָבִ֖יהָ אֹתָֽהּ | Sin autem statim ut audierit, contradixerit pater: et vota et juramenta ejus irrita erunt, nec obnoxia tenebitur sponsioni, eo quod contradixerit pater. | “If she has a husband, while her vows are on her, or the rash utterance of her lips with which she has bound her soul, |
| 7 | If she have a husband, and shall vow any thing, and the word once going out of her mouth shall bind her soul by an oath: | Nếu người ấy đi lấy chồng, khi vẫn còn phải giữ những lời khấn hứa hay bị ràng buộc bởi một lời hứa thiếu suy nghĩ nào miệng người ấy đã thốt ra, | ἐὰν δὲ γενομένη γένηται ἀνδρί, καὶ αἱ εὐχαὶ αὐτῆς ἐπ᾽ αὐτῇ κατὰ τὴν διαστολὴν τῶν χειλέων αὐτῆς, οὓς ὡρίσατο κατὰ τῆς ψυχῆς αὐτῆς, | וְאִם הָי֤וֹ תִֽהְיֶה֙ לְאִ֔ישׁ וּנְדָרֶ֖יהָ עָלֶ֑יהָ א֚וֹ מִבְטָ֣א שְׂפָתֶ֔יהָ אֲשֶׁ֥ר אָסְרָ֖ה עַל נַפְשָֽׁהּ | Si maritum habuerit, et voverit aliquid, et semel de ore ejus verbum egrediens animam ejus obligaverit juramento: | and her husband hears it, and says nothing to her in the day that he hears it; then her vows shall stand, and her pledges with which she has bound her soul shall stand. |
| 8 | The day that her husband shall hear it, and not gainsay it, she shall be bound to the vow, and shall give whatsoever she promised. | và nếu người chồng nghe biết được mà vẫn im lặng trong ngày nghe biết được chuyện ấy, thì những lời khấn hứa của người phụ nữ ấy có hiệu lực, và những điều mà người ấy tự buộc mình làm cũng đều có hiệu lực. | καὶ ἀκούσῃ ὁ ἀνὴρ αὐτῆς, καὶ παρασιωπήσῃ αὐτῇ ᾗ ἂν ἡμέρᾳ ἀκούσῃ· καὶ οὕτως στήσονται πᾶσαι αἱ εὐχαὶ αὐτῆς, καὶ οἱ ὁρισμοὶ αὐτῆς οὓς ὡρίσατο κατὰ τῆς ψυχῆς αὐτῆς στήσονται. | וְשָׁמַ֥ע אִישָׁ֛הּ בְּי֥וֹם שָׁמְע֖וֹ וְהֶחֱרִ֣ישׁ לָ֑הּ וְקָ֣מוּ נְדָרֶ֗יהָ וֶֽאֱסָרֶ֛הָ אֲשֶׁר אָסְרָ֥ה עַל נַפְשָׁ֖הּ יָקֻֽמוּ | quo die audierit vir, et non contradixerit, voti rea erit, reddetque quodcumque promiserat. | But if her husband forbids her in the day that he hears it, then he makes void her vow which is on her and the rash utterance of her lips, with which she has bound her soul. The LORD will forgive her. |
| 9 | But if as soon as he heareth he gainsay it, and make her promises and the words wherewith she had bound her soul of no effect: the Lord will forgive her. | Nhưng nếu trong ngày nghe biết được, chồng người ấy phản đối, thì anh ta huỷ bỏ lời khấn hứa còn ràng buộc người vợ, và lời hứa thiếu suy nghĩ người vợ đã tự buộc mình phải giữ, ĐỨC CHÚA sẽ dung thứ cho người phụ nữ ấy. | ἐὰν δὲ ἀνανεύων ἀνανεύσῃ ὁ ἀνὴρ αὐτῆς ᾗ ἐὰν ἡμέρᾳ ἀκούσῃ, πᾶσαι αἱ εὐχαὶ αὐτῆς καὶ οἱ ὁρισμοὶ αὐτῆς οὓς ὡρίσατο κατὰ τῆς ψυχῆς αὐτῆς οὐ μενοῦσιν, ὅτι ὁ ἀνὴρ ἀνένευσεν ἀπ᾽ αὐτῆς· καὶ Κύριος καθαριεῖ αὐτήν. | וְ֠אִם בְּי֨וֹם שְׁמֹ֣עַ אִישָׁהּ֮ יָנִ֣יא אוֹתָהּ֒ וְהֵפֵ֗ר אֶת נִדְרָהּ֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר עָלֶ֔יהָ וְאֵת֙ מִבְטָ֣א שְׂפָתֶ֔יהָ אֲשֶׁ֥ר אָסְרָ֖ה עַל נַפְשָׁ֑הּ וַיהוָ֖ה יִֽסְלַֽח לָֽהּ | Sin autem audiens statim contradixerit, et irritas fecerit pollicitationes ejus, verbaque quibus obstrinxerat animam suam, propitius erit ei Dominus. | “But the vow of a widow, or of her who is divorced, everything with which she has bound her soul shall stand against her. |
| 10 | The widow, and she that is divorced, shall fulfill whatsoever they vow. | Lời khấn hứa của người đàn bà goá hoặc bị chồng bỏ, và mọi điều người ấy tự buộc mình làm, đều có hiệu lực đối với người ấy. | καὶ εὐχὴ χήρας καὶ ἐκβεβλημένης, ὅσα ἂν εὔξηται κατὰ τῆς ψυχῆς αὐτῆς, μενοῦσιν αὐτῇ. | וְנֵ֥דֶר אַלְמָנָ֖ה וּגְרוּשָׁ֑ה כֹּ֛ל אֲשֶׁר אָסְרָ֥ה עַל נַפְשָׁ֖הּ יָק֥וּם עָלֶֽיהָ | Vidua et repudiata quidquid voverint, reddent. | “If she vowed in her husband’s house or bound her soul by a bond with an oath, |
| 11 | If the wife in the house of her husband, hath bound herself by vow and by oath, | Nếu tại chính nhà chồng, một phụ nữ đã khấn hứa hoặc lấy lời thề tự buộc mình làm điều gì, | ἐὰν δὲ ἐν τῷ οἴκῳ τοῦ ἀνδρὸς αὐτῆς ἡ εὐχὴ αὐτῆς ἢ ὁ ὁρισμὸς κατὰ τῆς ψυχῆς αὐτῆς μεθ᾽ ὅρκου, | וְאִם בֵּ֥ית אִישָׁ֖הּ נָדָ֑רָה אֽוֹ אָסְרָ֥ה אִסָּ֛ר עַל נַפְשָׁ֖הּ בִּשְׁבֻעָֽה | Uxor in domo viri cum se voto constrinxerit et juramento, | and her husband heard it, and held his peace at her and didn’t disallow her, then all her vows shall stand, and every pledge with which she bound her soul shall stand. |
| 12 | If her husband hear, and hold his peace, and doth not disallow the promise, she shall accomplish whatsoever she had promised. | và nếu người chồng nghe biết được mà vẫn im lặng, không phản đối, thì mọi lời khấn hứa của người ấy có hiệu lực, và mọi điều người ấy tự buộc mình làm cũng đều có hiệu lực. | καὶ ἀκούσῃ ὁ ἀνὴρ αὐτῆς, καὶ παρασιωπήσῃ αὐτῇ καὶ μὴ ἀνανεύσῃ αὐτῇ· καὶ στήσονται πᾶσαι αἱ εὐχαὶ αὐτῆς, καὶ πάντες οἱ ὁρισμοὶ αὐτῆς οὓς ὡρίσατο κατὰ τῆς ψυχῆς αὐτῆς στήσονται κατ᾽ αὐτῆς. | וְשָׁמַ֤ע אִישָׁהּ֙ וְהֶחֱרִ֣שׁ לָ֔הּ לֹ֥א הֵנִ֖יא אֹתָ֑הּ וְקָ֨מוּ֙ כָּל נְדָרֶ֔יהָ וְכָל אִסָּ֛ר אֲשֶׁר אָסְרָ֥ה עַל נַפְשָׁ֖הּ יָקֽוּם | si audierit vir, et tacuerit, nec contradixerit sponsioni, reddet quodcumque promiserat. | But if her husband made them null and void in the day that he heard them, then whatever proceeded out of her lips concerning her vows, or concerning the bond of her soul, shall not stand. Her husband has made them void. The LORD will forgive her. |
| 13 | But if forthwith he gainsay it, she shall not be bound by the promise: because her husband gainsaid it, and the Lord will be merciful to her. | Nhưng nếu người chồng huỷ bỏ ngay trong ngày nghe biết, thì mọi điều miệng người vợ thốt ra khi khấn hứa và tự buộc mình làm, sẽ không có hiệu lực: người chồng đã huỷ bỏ, thì ĐỨC CHÚA cũng dung thứ cho người phụ nữ ấy. | ἐὰν δὲ περιελὼν περιέλῃ ὁ ἀνὴρ αὐτῆς ᾗ ἂν ἡμέρᾳ ἀκούσῃ πάντα, ὅσα ἐὰν ἐξέλθῃ ἐκ τῶν χειλέων αὐτῆς κατὰ τὰς εὐχὰς αὐτῆς καὶ κατὰ τοὺς ὁρισμοὺς τοὺς κατὰ τῆς ψυχῆς αὐτῆς, οὐ μενεῖ αὐτῇ· ὁ ἀνὴρ αὐτῆς περιεῖλεν, καὶ Κύριος καθαρίσει αὐτήν. | וְאִם הָפֵר֩ יָפֵ֨ר אֹתָ֥ם אִישָׁהּ֮ בְּי֣וֹם שָׁמְעוֹ֒ כָּל מוֹצָ֨א שְׂפָתֶ֧יהָ לִנְדָרֶ֛יהָ וּלְאִסַּ֥ר נַפְשָׁ֖הּ לֹ֣א יָק֑וּם אִישָׁ֣הּ הֲפֵרָ֔ם וַיהוָ֖ה יִֽסְלַֽח לָֽהּ | Sin autem extemplo contradixerit, non tenebitur promissionis rea: quia maritus contradixit, et Dominus ei propitius erit. | Every vow, and every binding oath to afflict the soul, her husband may establish it, or her husband may make it void. |
| 14 | If she vow and bind herself by oath, to afflict her soul by fasting, or abstinence from other things, it shall depend on the will of her husband, whether she shall do it, or not do it. | Người chồng có thể chứng nhận là có hiệu lực, hay huỷ bỏ mọi lời người vợ khấn hứa và thề tự buộc ăn chay hãm mình. | πᾶσα εὐχὴ καὶ πᾶς ὅρκος δεσμοῦ κακῶσαι ψυχήν, ὁ ἀνὴρ αὐτῆς στήσει αὐτῇ καὶ ὁ ἀνὴρ αὐτῆς περιελεῖ. | כָּל נֵ֛דֶר וְכָל שְׁבֻעַ֥ת אִסָּ֖ר לְעַנֹּ֣ת נָ֑פֶשׁ אִישָׁ֥הּ יְקִימֶ֖נּוּ וְאִישָׁ֥הּ יְפֵרֶֽנּוּ | Si voverit, et juramento se constrinxerit, ut per jejunium, vel ceterarum rerum abstinentiam affligat animam suam, in arbitrio viri erit ut faciat, sive non faciat. | But if her husband says nothing to her from day to day, then he establishes all her vows or all her pledges which are on her. He has established them, because he said nothing to her in the day that he heard them. |
| 15 | But if the husband hearing it hold his peace, and defer the declaring his mind till another day: whatsoever she had vowed and promised, she shall fulfill: because immediately as he heard it, he held his peace. | Nếu người chồng cứ im lặng cho đến hôm sau, thì đó là chứng nhận mọi lời khấn hứa của vợ hoặc mọi điều người vợ tự buộc mình làm có hiệu lực; người chồng chứng nhận là có hiệu lực, vì đã im lặng trong ngày nghe biết được. | ἐὰν δὲ σιωπῶν παρασιωπήσῃ αὐτῇ ἡμέραν ἐξ ἡμέρας, καὶ στήσει αὐτῇ πάσας τὰς εὐχὰς αὐτῆς, καὶ τοὺς ὁρισμοὺς τοὺς ἐπ᾽ αὐτῆς στήσει αὐτῇ, ὅτι ἐσιώπησεν αὐτῇ τῇ ἡμέρᾳ ἣν ἤκουσεν. | וְאִם הַחֲרֵשׁ֩ יַחֲרִ֨ישׁ לָ֥הּ אִישָׁהּ֮ מִיּ֣וֹם אֶל יוֹם֒ וְהֵקִים֙ אֶת כָּל נְדָרֶ֔יהָ א֥וֹ אֶת כָּל אֱסָרֶ֖יהָ אֲשֶׁ֣ר עָלֶ֑יהָ הֵקִ֣ים אֹתָ֔ם כִּי הֶחֱרִ֥שׁ לָ֖הּ בְּי֥וֹם שָׁמְעֽוֹ | Quod si audiens vir tacuerit, et in alteram diem distulerit sententiam, quidquid voverat atque promiserat, reddet: quia statim ut audivit, tacuit. | But if he makes them null and void after he has heard them, then he shall bear her iniquity.” |
| 16 | But if he gainsay it after that he knew it, he shall bear her iniquity. | Nhưng nếu người chồng huỷ bỏ các điều ấy sau khi nghe biết, thì sẽ phải mang lấy tội của vợ.” | ἐὰν δὲ περιελὼν περιέλῃ αὐτῆς μετὰ τὴν ἡμέραν ἣν ἤκουσεν, καὶ λήμψεται τὴν ἁμαρτίαν αὐτοῦ. | וְאִם הָפֵ֥ר יָפֵ֛ר אֹתָ֖ם אַחֲרֵ֣י שָׁמְע֑וֹ וְנָשָׂ֖א אֶת עֲוֺנָֽהּ | Sin autem contradixerit postquam rescivit, portabit ipse iniquitatem ejus. | These are the statutes which the LORD commanded Moses, between a man and his wife, between a father and his daughter, being in her youth, in her father’s house. |
| 17 | These are the laws which the Lord appointed to Moses between the husband and the wife, between the father and the daughter that is as yet but a girl in age, or that abideth in her father’s house. | Đó là những quy luật ĐỨC CHÚA đã truyền cho ông Mô-sê về mối tương quan giữa chồng và vợ, giữa cha và con gái lúc thiếu thời còn ở nhà cha. | ταῦτα τὰ δικαιώματα ὅσα ἐνετείλατο Κύριος τῷ Μωυσῇ ἀνὰ μέσον ἀνδρὸς καὶ γυναικὸς αὐτοῦ, καὶ ἀνὰ μέσον πατρὸς καὶ θυγατρὸς ἐν νεότητι ἐν οἴκῳ πατρός. | אֵ֣לֶּה הַֽחֻקִּ֗ים אֲשֶׁ֨ר צִוָּ֤ה יְהוָה֙ אֶת מֹשֶׁ֔ה בֵּ֥ין אִ֖ישׁ לְאִשְׁתּ֑וֹ בֵּֽין אָ֣ב לְבִתּ֔וֹ בִּנְעֻרֶ֖יהָ בֵּ֥ית אָבִֽיהָ | Istæ sunt leges, quas constituit Dominus Moysi inter virum et uxorem, inter patrem et filiam, quæ in puellari adhuc ætate est, vel quæ manet in parentis domo. | — |
