| 2 | And they said: Hath the Lord spoken by Moses only? hath he not also spoken to us in like manner? And when the Lord heard this, | Họ nói: “ĐỨC CHÚA chỉ phán với một mình Mô-sê sao? Người đã chẳng phán với cả chúng ta nữa ư?” Và ĐỨC CHÚA nghe được. | καὶ εἶπαν Μὴ Μωυσῇ μόνῳ λελάληκεν Κύριος; οὐχὶ καὶ ἡμῖν ἐλάλησεν; καὶ ἤκουσεν Κύριος. | וַיֹּאמְר֗וּ הֲרַ֤ק אַךְ בְּמֹשֶׁה֙ דִּבֶּ֣ר יְהוָ֔ה הֲלֹ֖א גַּם בָּ֣נוּ דִבֵּ֑ר וַיִּשְׁמַ֖ע יְהוָֽה | et dixerunt: Num per solum Moysen locutus est Dominus? nonne et nobis similiter est locutus? Quod cum audisset Dominus | They said, “Has the LORD indeed spoken only with Moses? Hasn’t he spoken also with us?” And the LORD heard it. |
| 3 | (For Moses was a man exceeding meek above all men that dwelt upon earth) | Ông Mô-sê là người hiền lành nhất đời. | καὶ ὁ ἄνθρωπος Μωυσῆς πραὺς σφόδρα παρὰ πάντας τοὺς ἀνθρώπους τοὺς ὄντας ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς. | וְהָאִ֥ישׁ מֹשֶׁ֖ה ענו עָנָ֣יו מְאֹ֑ד מִכֹּל֙ הָֽאָדָ֔ם אֲשֶׁ֖ר עַל פְּנֵ֥י הָאֲדָמָֽה | (erat enim Moyses vir mitissimus super omnes homines qui morabantur in terra), | Now the man Moses was very humble, more than all the men who were on the surface of the earth. |
| 4 | Immediately he spoke to him, and to Aaron and Mary: Come out you three only to the tabernacle of the covenant. And when they were come out, | Đột nhiên ĐỨC CHÚA phán với ông Mô-sê, ông A-ha-ron và bà Mi-ri-am: “Cả ba hãy đi ra Lều Hội Ngộ!” Và ba người đã ra. | καὶ εἶπεν Κύριος πρὸς Μωυσῆν καὶ Μαριὰμ καὶ Ἀαρών Ἐξέλθατε ὑμεῖς οἱ τρεῖς τὴν σκηνὴν τοῦ μαρτυρίου· καὶ ἐξῆλθον οἱ τρεῖς εἰς τὴν σκηνὴν τοῦ μαρτυρίου. | וַיֹּ֨אמֶר יְהוָ֜ה פִּתְאֹ֗ם אֶל מֹשֶׁ֤ה וְאֶֽל אַהֲרֹן֙ וְאֶל מִרְיָ֔ם צְא֥וּ שְׁלָשְׁתְּכֶ֖ם אֶל אֹ֣הֶל מוֹעֵ֑ד וַיֵּצְא֖וּ שְׁלָשְׁתָּֽם | statim locutus est ad eum, et ad Aaron et Mariam: Egredimini vos tantum tres ad tabernaculum fœderis. Cumque fuissent egressi, | The LORD spoke suddenly to Moses, to Aaron, and to Miriam, “You three come out to the Tent of Meeting!” The three of them came out. |
| 5 | The Lord came down in a pillar of the cloud, and stood in the entry of the tabernacle calling to Aaron and Mary. And when they were come, | ĐỨC CHÚA ngự xuống giữa đám mây và dừng lại ở cửa Lều. Người gọi ông A-ha-ron và bà Mi-ri-am, và hai người đi ra. | καὶ κατέβη Κύριος ἐν στύλῳ νεφέλης, καὶ ἔστη ἐπὶ τῆς θύρας τῆς σκηνῆς τοῦ μαρτυρίου· καὶ ἐκλήθησαν Ἀαρὼν καὶ Μαριάμ, καὶ ἐξήλθοσαν ἀμφότεροι. | וַיֵּ֤רֶד יְהוָה֙ בְּעַמּ֣וּד עָנָ֔ן וַֽיַּעֲמֹ֖ד פֶּ֣תַח הָאֹ֑הֶל וַיִּקְרָא֙ אַהֲרֹ֣ן וּמִרְיָ֔ם וַיֵּצְא֖וּ שְׁנֵיהֶֽם | descendit Dominus in columna nubis, et stetit in introitu tabernaculi, vocans Aaron et Mariam. Qui cum issent, | The LORD came down in a pillar of cloud, and stood at the door of the Tent, and called Aaron and Miriam; and they both came forward. |
| 6 | He said to them: Hear my words: if there be among you a prophet of the Lord, I will appear to him in a vision, or I will speak to him in a dream. | Người phán: “Hãy nghe Ta nói đây!Nếu trong các ngươi có ai là ngôn sứ,thì Ta, ĐỨC CHÚA, Ta sẽ tỏ mình ra cho nó trong thị kiến,hoặc sẽ phán với nó trong giấc mộng. | καὶ εἶπεν πρὸς αὐτούς Ἀκούσατε τῶν λόγων μου· ἐὰν γένηται προφήτης ὑμῶν Κυρίῳ, ἐν ὁράματι αὐτῷ γνωσθήσομαι καὶ ἐν ὕπνῳ λαλήσω αὐτῷ. | וַיֹּ֖אמֶר שִׁמְעוּ נָ֣א דְבָרָ֑י אִם יִֽהְיֶה֙ נְבִ֣יאֲכֶ֔ם יְהוָ֗ה בַּמַּרְאָה֙ אֵלָ֣יו אֶתְוַדָּ֔ע בַּחֲל֖וֹם אֲדַבֶּר בּֽוֹ | dixit ad eos: Audite sermones meos: si quis fuerit inter vos propheta Domini, in visione apparebo ei, vel per somnium loquar ad illum. | He said, “Now hear my words. If there is a prophet among you, I, the LORD, will make myself known to him in a vision. I will speak with him in a dream. |
| 7 | But it is not so with my servant Moses a who is most faithful in all my house: | Nhưng với Mô-sê tôi tớ Ta thì khác:tất cả nhà Ta, Ta đã trao cho nó. | οὐχ οὕτως ὁ θεράπων μου Μωυσῆς· ἐν ὅλῳ τῷ οἴκῳ μου πιστός ἐστιν· | לֹא כֵ֖ן עַבְדִּ֣י מֹשֶׁ֑ה בְּכָל בֵּיתִ֖י נֶאֱמָ֥ן הֽוּא | At non talis servus meus Moyses, qui in omni domo mea fidelissimus est: | My servant Moses is not so. He is faithful in all my house. |
| 8 | For I speak to him mouth to mouth: and plainly, and not by riddles and figures doth he see the Lord. Why then were you not afraid to speak ill of my servant Moses? | Ta nói với nó trực diện, nhãn tiền, chứ không nói bí ẩn,và hình dáng ĐỨC CHÚA, nó được ngắm nhìn.Vậy tại sao các ngươi không sợ nói động đến Mô-sê, tôi tớ Ta?” | στόμα κατὰ στόμα λαλήσω αὐτῷ, ἐν εἴδει καὶ οὐ δι᾽ αἰνιγμάτων, καὶ τὴν δόξαν Κυρίου εἶδεν· καὶ διὰ τί οὐκ ἐφοβήθητε καταλαλῆσαι κατὰ τοῦ θεράποντός μου Μωυσῆ; | פֶּ֣ה אֶל פֶּ֞ה אֲדַבֶּר בּ֗וֹ וּמַרְאֶה֙ וְלֹ֣א בְחִידֹ֔ת וּתְמֻנַ֥ת יְהוָ֖ה יַבִּ֑יט וּמַדּ֨וּעַ֙ לֹ֣א יְרֵאתֶ֔ם לְדַבֵּ֖ר בְּעַבְדִּ֥י בְמֹשֶֽׁה | ore enim ad os loquor ei: et palam, et non per ænigmata et figuras Dominum videt. Quare ergo non timuistis detrahere servo meo Moysi? | With him, I will speak mouth to mouth, even plainly, and not in riddles; and he shall see the LORD’s form. Why then were you not afraid to speak against my servant, against Moses?” |
| 9 | And being angry with them he went away: | ĐỨC CHÚA nổi cơn thịnh nộ với họ mà bỏ đi. | καὶ ὀργὴ θυμοῦ Κυρίου ἐπ᾽ αὐτοῖς, καὶ ἀπῆλθεν. | וַיִּֽחַר אַ֧ף יְהוָ֛ה בָּ֖ם וַיֵּלַֽךְ | Iratusque contra eos, abiit: | The LORD’s anger burned against them; and he departed. |
| 10 | The cloud also that was over the tabernacle departed: and behold Mary appeared white as snow with a leprosy. And when Aaron had looked on her, and saw her all covered with leprosy, | Khi mây bốc lên khỏi Lều, thì bà Mi-ri-am mắc bệnh phong, mốc thếch như tuyết; ông A-ha-ron quay nhìn bà Mi-ri-am, thì kìa bà đã mắc bệnh phong. | καὶ ἡ νεφέλη ἀπέστη ἀπὸ τῆς σκηνῆς, καὶ ἰδοὺ Μαριὰμ λεπρῶσα ὡσεὶ χιών. καὶ ἐπέβλεψεν Ἀαρὼν ἐπὶ Μαριάμ, καὶ ἰδοὺ λεπρῶσα. | וְהֶעָנָ֗ן סָ֚ר מֵעַ֣ל הָאֹ֔הֶל וְהִנֵּ֥ה מִרְיָ֖ם מְצֹרַ֣עַת כַּשָּׁ֑לֶג וַיִּ֧פֶן אַהֲרֹ֛ן אֶל מִרְיָ֖ם וְהִנֵּ֥ה מְצֹרָֽעַת | nubes quoque recessit quæ erat super tabernaculum: et ecce Maria apparuit candens lepra quasi nix. Cumque respexisset eam Aaron, et vidisset perfusam lepra, | The cloud departed from over the Tent; and behold, Miriam was leprous, as white as snow. Aaron looked at Miriam, and behold, she was leprous. |
| 11 | He said to Moses: I beseech thee, my lord, lay not upon us this sin, which we have foolishly committed: | Ông A-ha-ron nói với ông Mô-sê: “Lỗi tại tôi, thưa ngài, nhưng xin ngài đừng kết tội chúng tôi; chúng tôi đã dại dột mà phạm lỗi và đáng tội. | καὶ εἶπεν Ἀαρὼν πρὸς Μωυσῆν Δέομαι, Κύριε, μὴ συνεπιθῇ ἡμῖν ἁμαρτίαν, διότι ἠγνοήσαμεν καθότι ἡμάρτομεν· | וַיֹּ֥אמֶר אַהֲרֹ֖ן אֶל מֹשֶׁ֑ה בִּ֣י אֲדֹנִ֔י אַל נָ֨א תָשֵׁ֤ת עָלֵ֨ינוּ֙ חַטָּ֔את אֲשֶׁ֥ר נוֹאַ֖לְנוּ וַאֲשֶׁ֥ר חָטָֽאנוּ | ait ad Moysen: Obsecro, domine mi, ne imponas nobis hoc peccatum quod stulte commisimus, | Aaron said to Moses, “Oh, my lord, please don’t count this sin against us, in which we have done foolishly, and in which we have sinned. |
| 12 | Let her not be as one dead, and as an abortive that is cast forth from the mother’s womb. Lo, now one half of her flesh is consumed with the leprosy. | Xin đừng để cho cô ấy nên như đứa chết yểu, vừa lọt lòng mẹ đã bị ăn mòn mất một nửa phần thịt mình rồi.” | μὴ γένηται ὡσεὶ ἴσον θανάτῳ, ὡσεὶ ἔκτρωμα ἐκπορευόμενον ἐκ μήτρας μητρός· κατεσθίει τὸ ἥμισυ τῶν σαρκῶν αὐτῆς. | אַל נָ֥א תְהִ֖י כַּמֵּ֑ת אֲשֶׁ֤ר בְּצֵאתוֹ֙ מֵרֶ֣חֶם אִמּ֔וֹ וַיֵּאָכֵ֖ל חֲצִ֥י בְשָׂרֽוֹ | ne fiat hæc quasi mortua, et ut abortivum quod projicitur de vulva matris suæ: ecce jam medium carnis ejus devoratum est a lepra. | Let her not, I pray, be as one dead, of whom the flesh is half consumed when he comes out of his mother’s womb.” |
| 13 | And Moses cried to the Lord, saying: O God, I beseech thee heal her. | Ông Mô-sê kêu cầu lên ĐỨC CHÚA rằng: “Ôi, lạy Chúa, xin chữa lành cô ấy!” | καὶ ἐβόησεν Μωυσῆς πρὸς Κύριον λέγων Ὁ θεός, δέομαί σου, ἴασαι αὐτήν. | וַיִּצְעַ֣ק מֹשֶׁ֔ה אֶל יְהוָ֖ה לֵאמֹ֑ר אֵ֕ל נָ֛א רְפָ֥א נָ֖א לָֽהּ | Clamavitque Moyses ad Dominum, dicens: Deus, obsecro, sana eam. | Moses cried to the LORD, saying, “Heal her, God, I beg you!” |
| 14 | And the Lord answered him: If her father had spitten upon her face, ought she not to have been ashamed for seven days at least? Let her be separated seven days without the camp, and after wards she shall be called again. | ĐỨC CHÚA phán với ông Mô-sê: “Nếu cha nó phỉ nhổ vào mặt nó, thì nó không phải nhục nhã ê chề bảy ngày liền sao? Nó vẫn phải biệt cư ở ngoài trại bảy ngày rồi mới được vào lại.” | καὶ εἶπεν Κύριος πρὸς Μωυσῆν Εἰ ὁ πατὴρ αὐτῆς πτύων ἐνέπτυσεν εἰς τὸ πρόσωπον αὐτῆς, οὐκ ἐντραπήσεται ἑπτὰ ἡμέρας; ἀφορισθήτω ἑπτὰ ἡμέρας ἔξω τῆς παρεμβολῆς, καὶ μετὰ ταῦτα εἰσελεύσεται. | וַיֹּ֨אמֶר יְהוָ֜ה אֶל מֹשֶׁ֗ה וְאָבִ֨יהָ֙ יָרֹ֤ק יָרַק֙ בְּפָנֶ֔יהָ הֲלֹ֥א תִכָּלֵ֖ם שִׁבְעַ֣ת יָמִ֑ים תִּסָּגֵ֞ר שִׁבְעַ֤ת יָמִים֙ מִח֣וּץ לַֽמַּחֲנֶ֔ה וְאַחַ֖ר תֵּאָסֵֽף | Cui respondit Dominus: Si pater ejus spuisset in faciem illius, nonne debuerat saltem septem diebus rubore suffundi? separetur septem diebus extra castra, et postea revocabitur. | The LORD said to Moses, “If her father had but spit in her face, shouldn’t she be ashamed seven days? Let her be shut up outside of the camp seven days, and after that she shall be brought in again.” |
| 15 | Mary therefore was put out of the camp seven days: and the people moved not from that place until Mary was called again. | Vậy bà Mi-ri-am đã bị biệt cư ở ngoài trại bảy ngày liền, trong khi đó dân chúng không lên đường cho tới khi bà Mi-ri-am được vào lại. | καὶ ἀφωρίσθη Μαριὰμ ἔξω τῆς παρεμβολῆς ἑπτὰ ἡμέρας· καὶ ὁ λαὸς οὐκ ἐξῆρεν ἕως ἐκαθαρίσθη Μαριάμ. | וַתִּסָּגֵ֥ר מִרְיָ֛ם מִח֥וּץ לַֽמַּחֲנֶ֖ה שִׁבְעַ֣ת יָמִ֑ים וְהָעָם֙ לֹ֣א נָסַ֔ע עַד הֵאָסֵ֖ף מִרְיָֽם | Exclusa est itaque Maria extra castra septem diebus: et populus non est motus de loco illo, donec revocata est Maria. | Miriam was shut up outside of the camp seven days, and the people didn’t travel until Miriam was brought in again. |
